✓ Both existing and new subscribers are eligible to join e-Club
✓ After joining the club, “e-Club” tariff plans are available for 6 or 12 months. At the expiration of this period, the subscriber is obliged to either make payment for maintaining membership in the group, or you select another available tariff plan.
✓ Joining e-Club is available on year-round basis, which is carried out on the free seats left vacant after the cancellation or failure of current subscribers participating in the club to further maintain their membership and the number of available seats. The total number of participants in the group cannot exceed 200 and go below 100 for each of the groups (black – 12 months and red – 6 months). Current subscribers can join the club starting from the following month by submitting the application at the head office of EVO.
✓ For additional new device (optionally) a subscriber and a new contract is concluded.
✓ Change of tariff plan by subscribers in the club to any other “e-Club” tariff plan is possible with upward adjustment. In this case a subscriber does not necessarily have to come to the office.
✓ Tariff plan change is only possible from 6-month to 12-month club (from red to black club).
✓ In case of cancellation of services or changing tariff rates outside “e-Club” a subscriber loses the right to re-connect at specialized reduced rates and the amount previously paid for subscriber support group cannot be returned.
✓ Use of reservation services during “e-Club” membership does not give the right to extend the membership in group, thereby the paid membership fee cannot be returned. Reservation period cannot exceed two months.
✓ These tariff plans are not valid within "Try & Buy", "Beneficial to All", "Shared Traffic" services.
