When shall I pay the monthly fee?

The subscription fee is charged on the first of each month. You must pay on a monthly basis no later than the 1st of the following month (since in this period the monthly fee is charged for the whole month, even if you do not use the service). We recommend checking your balance on your account within two or three days before the start of the following month.

Can I pay through payment system CLICK, Moy Bank, SMS To`lov?

Yes, you can pay through CLICK, MoyBank and SMS Tolov payment systems. Systems "CLICK", "Moy Bank" and "Sms Tolov" are systems of mobile banking that allow individuals to make payments via mobile phone (via USSD \ SMS-portal) or the Internet (via Web \ Web-mobile) for the services of mobile operators and Internet service providers as well as transfer funds. When paying you must type in your subscriber ID details.

If I want to become your subscriber (for the first time) from the beginning of the month, will I be charged with the monthly fee in full?

If you are connecting not from the first days of a month, you will have to pay the full amount of the chosen price plan. However, the money from your account will be debited on the basis of the number of days from the date of activation of the service until the end of the calendar month. On the first day of the next month you will have to pay a sum of money missing to complete the subscription fee (unless there were no overlimit charges).

How can I check my balance and the amount of used data?

Balance and data used is checked in your "Personal Cabinet" on our website www.evo.uz. To enter the personal cabinet you need to type in your CONTRACT ID in the "username" field as well as your password provided by the operator at our customer care at the time of subscription. You can also check your balance through an interactive menu by calling the number 148-00-00; then you should press "1" and enter your personal account details (that you usually indicate when paying Paynet)
